Ralph Alvin Milliman, kpassed away on November 13, 2019 at the age of 90 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born in Mineola, NY on November 29, 1928 to Frank and Barabara Milliman.


Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 36 years; Benita Milliman, daughter; Stacy Garland, step-son; Bill Bernstrauch, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
