Sincere condolences Theresa and family. This was shocking news to say the least. Steve and I worked many cases together over the years and he was known for his meticulous investigations and determination to "get it right." Steve also accurately perceived extreme danger to a friend of ours while on a patrol call years back and yanked her out of the house and to safety, likely saving her life. Very impressive. Rest in Peace, Steve. We are still out of state and unavailable to attend the "free lunch" on Wednesday. Apologies. Robb & Diane Harry.

Tree, I cannot think of anything to say that won’t make you cry! Therefore I will be brief. Losing a Life Partner so young must be devastating. There is no answer to the question Why Him? Why Me? It has been said that GOD never gives you more than you can handle—and in time that might be true.
Until then, know that we hold you constantly in our thoughts and in our prayers.
Love, Bob and Chris

Officer Steve Wolf was a dedicated public servant and great friend of the family. He was an expert in most things he did and was a wealth of knowledge on most subjects. It was just a few months ago that he took my son and his friends from military school out to the range to teach them gun safety and how to shoot firearms. Steve, I appreciate everything you ever did for us and am truly going to miss you my friend. Rest Well, Officer.

I am so saddened over the loss of my dear and only brother, Steve. He was always there for our family and his many friends in the community. My father, Richard Wolf, when he was on his death bed asked Steve to “take care of the family’ and he always did. I am angry that he was taken at a younger age than both our parents and over the many additional years that we should have had together.
Rest in peace, Steve.
Love
Dave

Dear Steve, I am planting this tree for you for several reasons. First reason, while in the LHCPD School Resource Unit you never gave me any grief about putting on the "McGruff" dog suit and sweating in it as I took you to all of the schools, you are a great COP. Second reason is with all of the paper you wrote in your career we need to grow more forests. Thank You for your service sir and rest easy my friend 10-7 Join in honoring their life - plant a memorial tree

Steve, Right from the start at a family friend's wedding, we were all excited wondering "Who's that guy that keeps asking my sister to dance?" You instantly became a welcome part of our family.
Through all the years you have made us so proud with each accomplishment you achieved, and the extraordinary way you freely showed and shared your true love for Theresa and us all. Your fun-loving adventurous spirit, determination and devotion are all qualities you possessed and which made the world a better place.
There are no words to tell you how much we will all miss you, and how grateful we are that you have been a part of our lives.
We thank God that you became a part of our family, and may He bless you Steve, and keep you close until we meet again.
Love you forever, Maryann & Will, Mom & family
