Obituary of Johnny Candelaria

Please share a memory of Johnny to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

A special person has gone to be with the angels known as Johnny. Juan Candelaria Jr. passed away on December 15, 2018 in Lake Havasu City.  He was born in San Jose, California on July 5, 1983 to Jackie Argo and Juan Candelaria Sr.

Everyone who knew Johnny knows the special, loving, caring person he was.  He was always there when you needed him. He would make you laugh with his jokes and had a special nickname for everyone.  Johnny was famous for being meticulous with cleaning, from his shoes to his cars.  He washed his cars at least 2 times a week and would always tell you to “wash that shit” if it was dirty.  His famous saying was “whatup .….” and he would sing “J’s on my feet” and have everyone laughing.

Johnny leaves behind his Mother, Jackie Argo;   Stepdad, Juan Farias (Shirley);  Brothers, Jimmy Farias (Melina) and Juan Farias; Sisters, Staci Goodson, Jeannette Menchaca (Rudy); Aunts; Beckie Argo, Vickie Biehn (Jon); Uncle Tom Argo (Dee Dee); Great Grandmother, Mary Stevens and the love of his life, his world, his God Daughter/Niece Eliana Rose Farias.  He also leaves behind his God Mother, Mary; God Sisters, Lisa, Jennifer and Roberta; God Brother, Richie (Priscilla), cousins, Kristen (Mikey), Kandin (Andy), Joey, Danyel, Amy and so many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

His second family, his car club “The Unfadeable Iluzions”.

Johnny was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Tom and Nancy Argo and God Father Robert Salazar.
