Obituary of Darrell Raymond Simmons

Darrell Raymond Simmons, age 83, passed away in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on November 15, 2018. He was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma on December 13, 1934.

Darrell graduated from Brea-O’Linda High School in 1952 and joined the military shortly after. He was proud to have served his country in the United States Air Force. He was an avid fisherman and golfer and enjoyed boating. He loved his family and treasured his grandchildren.

Darrell is preceded in death by his parents; Paul and Edna Simmons, and his brother Carl Simmons.

He is survived by his loving wife; Doris Simmons, son; Darren (Judy) Simmons, daughter; Stephanie (Tommy) Powell, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held at Memory Garden Memorial Park and Mortuary of Brea, California on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 9:00 am.
