There are few experiences more difficult than losing a loved one in death. May you find comfort in knowing sickness nor death were God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed! His words are clear, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”. (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:4) As you know, Jesus guaranteed the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), he performed resurrections and was himself resurrected by his Father. All resurrections took place on earth, giving us a glimpse of what is to come.... seeing our loved ones again! (Acts 24:15) Until his promises are fulfilled, may Jehovah God continue to bless & comfort you now and in the days ahead....
