Tomorrow will be one year and I miss you even more. I do not know how I will get through tomorrow as today I am shedding tears for you. There has not been one day that has gone by when I have not thought of you. I wish you were here to go to our Sunday breakfasts, go see a scary movie or just sit and talk at your house. Oscar is doing well but I am sad he did not have the opportunity to get to know you or you know him. He is very loving.....at times I believe you rescued Oscar just before your passing so I would have a living memory of you. I hug Oscar everyday and say thank you dad! Ashley is expecting again and I wish you were here to get to know yet another great grand child. I'm hoping its a boy so I can suggest they name it after you. I love you Pop!

There are few experiences more difficult than losing a loved one in death. It is obvious from the many kind expressions that Mr. Sprankel will be sadly missed by all who knew him. I find comfort in knowing death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed. His word is clear, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”. (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:4)
Further, the Bible guarantees the restoration of life. Jesus spoke of the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), performed resurrections and was himself resurrected by his Father. All resurrections took place on earth, giving us a glimpse of what is to come! (Acts 24:15)
May Jehovah God continue to bless & comfort you in the days ahead, as we await the fulfillment of his promises.....

Such a good memory of our last get together with Richard, Donnie and Bob. So happy to have so many great times with a wonderful brother. There were so many fishing trips taken when we were kids and the most special one was fishing in Alaska in 1994! He will be missed.
