Obituary of Louise Benedek Goding

Louise B. Goding age 74 wife of the late David I. Goding. Passed away peacefully December 9,2017 after a courageous 14 month battle with AML leukemia.

Louise was born in Lowell, MA, the daughter of the late Leo and the late Betty (Lussier) Bonin.

She was a retiree of Raytheon Company. After her retirement Louise moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ and was also a snowbird to Lake Winnisquam in New Hampshire.

Louise is survived by one daughter and son in-law Anne M and Thomas O. Scanlon of Lowell, MA , a son and daughter in-law Thomas K. and Michelle Goding of Lake Havasu City, AZ

One sister Janet M. Foote and a Brother-in law Ronald Foote. She also leaves her 8 treasured grandchildren who were the light of her life Patrick M. Scanlon, Ryan M. Scanlon and Katheryn A. Scanlon Alexandra L. Goding, Jozsef B. Goding, Lisette A. Mojica, Mariah E. Goding and Gavin D. Goding 2 Great-Grandaughters Madison E. Scanlon and Charlotte B. Scanlon and 1 Great-Grandson Daxon T. Drohan and her Special companion Guy Cote along with several nieces and a nephew.

She was also the sister in-law of Steven Goding, Thomas Goding and Susan Sullivan. Louise was predeceased by her in-laws Albert and Rachel Goding.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Mass will be held Saturday July 21, 2018 at 12:30 pm at Immaculate Conception Church 3 Fayette St. Lowell, MA 01852
