Brad L. Kloepfer, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona passed away on April 21, 2018 at the age of 57 due to an unforeseen boating accident. Brad was born on July 12, 1960 to Gerry and Nancy Kloepfer in Covina, California. Brad graduated high school from Yucaipa High School. Brad became a dedicated Police Officer and retired from the Relands Police Department. Brad married Connie Davis on July 25, 2006, and they spent nearly twelve years together. Brad loved adventure. He enjoyed boating, camping, atv's and traveling. Brad was a member of the Refuge. He was part of the Lickety Split boating family. Brad was DCB's "go to" guy in Lake Havasu. Brad was survived by his beautiful wife, Connie until she sadly passed due to sustaining injuries from the same boating accident. Brad is survived by his parents Gerry and Nancy Kloepfer, his daughter Courtney Wiseman, step-daughters Jaime and Katie Wright, his brothers Donn and Brian Kloepfer, his sister Kimberly Kloepfer and his four grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in Brad and Connie's honor on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 10:00am, located at Calvary Baptist Church, Sweetwater Campus. A Reception is to follow at the Nautical Convention Center from 12-3pm. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
