Obituary of Rainer Kurt Wilcke

WILCKE, RAINER KURT Ron Wilcke residing in Lake Havasu City, AZ suddenly passed away April 26, 2014 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by his Father and step-Mother, Bill & Marie Wilcke. He is survived by his Mother, Leonie Wilcke & cousins of Germany, his daughters Lori (Wray) Richardson & Kristi (Cameron) Forsythe, grandchildren, Andrew & Megan Richardson, Ryan Bush, Julie & Kyle Forsythe & siblings including Sharon (Wilcke) all of Rochester, NY. Ron was born and raised in Germany until he was about 13 years old. He moved to the United States with his Father, Bill. He graduated from Hilton High School, Hilton, NY in 1964. Ron served in the US Army during Vietnam War and received many honors for his bravery in battle including the 'Distinguished Flying Cross' and received 14 'Oak Leaf Clusters' (each cluster representing 50 flying combat hours). He was employed at Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester, NY. Ronnie was laid to rest in the Prescott National Cemetery, AZ.
