Violet Lucile McCombs

Violet McComb,s 87 of Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Violet Tromburg was born in La Fleche Saskatchewan, Canada on April 1, 1925 to Henry and Mary Tromburg. Her father was a minister, and moved the family to North Dakota, Utah and finally settled in Nampa, ID. She was admitted as a U. S. citizen on September 20, 1941.
At 19, she moved to Seattle, WA and began her lifetime career working for the United States Government. She meet Henry (Hank) Johnson at Seattle First Church of the Nazarene and they married in 1952. They eventually moved to southern California, where in 1958, they became the proud parents of the their only child, Debra. In 1969 they moved to Idaho where she enjoyed being near her family. Hankwas laid to rest in 1977.
After retiring, she met and married Fuller McCombs in Lake Havasu, AZ. They spent many happy years together.
She was a loving grandmother to her grandson's Jesse and Jake. She has made an everlasting influence on their lives.Violet will always be remembered for playing the piano and singing at church and home with family.
Violet was preceded in death by her parents; Henry and Mary Tromburg, and two brothers; Herman and Clarence Tromburg. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Debra and Randy West of Lake Havasu, AZ, Jesse West of Anchorage, AK and Jacob West of Boise, ID; 2 sisters, Grace Brewster of Portland OR and Pearl Kreps of Caldwell, ID; 4 brothers; John of Middleton, ID; Stanley of Meridian, ID; Earl of Chelan WA; and Edgar of Nampa, ID and their spouses, numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held for all family and friends at College Church of the Nazarene, in Nampa Idaho on January 26th, 2013 at 1:00pm.
