Obituary of Roger Lee Saltzman Sr
Roger Lee Saltzman Sr., of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 77.
Roger was born on July 10, 1940, in Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated high school and went on to become a successful Real Estate Agent, retiring as Associate Broker.
Roger was married in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 3, 2000 to his loving wife, Angie Saltzman. Roger moved to Lake Havasu City in July of 2005, where he resided full time. Roger was a successful in the printing trade in Iowa for over 30 years. He also enjoyed farming.
Roger loved to hunt and fish. He made many trips to Canada to fish and Wyoming to hunt. He enjoyed boating and riding motorcycles. Roger skydived as part of his bucket list with his wife, Angie.
Roger was active in the Lake Havasu Marine Association. As a Real Estate agent, he was also active in the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors. Roger was a huge supporter of Grace Arts Live.
Roger was a happy, fun-spirited man, who knew no stranger. Everyone who met him called him a friend. A special 'Thank you' to Gems Assisted Living and Hospice of Havasu for the wonderful care Roger received.
Roger is survived by his wife, Angie Saltzman, his sons, Roger Saltzman Jr., Rick Saltzman, Randy Saltzman, Rodney Saltzman, and Colt Stanley, and his daughters, Kristi Little, Jeanne Six, Laura Peterson, and Mary Zephyr, his 21 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
