Roberto Eras passed away in on March 14, 2018 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Carlos and Josephine (Chacon) Eras on December 26, 2018 in Los Angeles, California.
Bobby served his country in the United States Army Corps of Engineers as an 82nd Airborne paratrooper from 1957-1960. He married the love of his life, Susan De Baca on September 10, 1960 in Los Angeles, California. They enjoyed 56 years together. He retired as an engineer form Pacific Bell and moved to Lake Havasu in 2002. Bobby loved camping, fishing, golf, hunting, boating on the lake and playing softball with his team Havasu Heat. He was an avid UCLA football fan. He was always happiest when he was surrounded by his family and friends.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents; Carlos Eras and Josephine Branum and his sister Hope Garcia.
He is survived by his loving wife; Susan Eras, sons; Bobby (Amy), Ken and David (Laura) Eras, daughter; Carey Ryan, Brothers; Chuck (Jo) Eras, David (Dora) Alvarez and Gilbert Alvarez, sister; Gloria Slovak, and his six grandchildren; Katelynn, Megan, Max, Sean, Sophia and Isabel.
A Celebration of Life is being held at the Elks Lodge on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm.
