Obituary of Lillian Kadisak

LILLIAN PEARL KADISAK Lillian Pearl Kadisak passed away on January 6, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 93. Lillian was born on September 7, 1919 in Crown Point, IN to Robert B. and Henderina M. (Huisman) Koppelman. Lillian was a member of St. Michaels Methodist Church, a member of the happy 9ers at London Bridge Golf Course and a member of Havasu Art Guild. She and her late husband were also members of Havasu Square Dance Club. Lillian has been a resident of Arizona for the last 43 years Lillian is survived by her loving daughters Dawn Freise, Johnette "Johnnie" Oliva and Tamerey "Tami" Kadisak; grandson John Michael Freise and his wife Samantha Freise; great-grandchildren Gage Arlo Freise and Capri Lillian Freise all from Lake Havasu City, AZ and Sister Charlotte Kopac of Crown Point, IN.
