Casimir Tarnowski, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on March 3, 2018 at the age of 82, with his wife by his side.
Art was born on July 9, 1935, in New London, Connecticut, to Casimir and Elyse Tarnowski. Art graduated from Bacon Academy in Colchester, CT. He moved to California in 1953 and joined the United States Army. He and Diane met in 1972 while he was working for Great Western Saving and Loan. In 1975 he was transferred to Santa Rosa, CA, until 1979 when he and his wife moved to Huntington Beach, CA, and finally in 1994 to Lake Havasu City after retiring from his career as a real estate loan manager for Home Savings and Loan.
Art married his loving wife, Diane on October 22, 1977 and spent 40 wonderful years together. He enjoyed reading, RV'ing and travelling.
Art was preceded in death by his parents, Casimir Joseph and Elyse Tarnowski and his sister, Anne Ives.
Art is survived by his dear wife, Diane Tarnowski; step sons, Doug Jentzsch and his wife Joanne and Dave Jentzsch; step daughters, Kathleen Parente-Davis and her husband Todd, Cammie Jentzsch; ten step grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren.
