William Waynick

Obituary of William David Waynick

Please share a memory of William to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

William (Bill) Waynick, went to be with the Lord, March 5th, 2018. He was 56 years old, born to Billy Waynick and Nancy Rudolf, July 13, 1961 in England, and raised in San Bernardino, CA. He was a loving husband to Kathy Waynick. They shared 32 happy/wonderful years together. He was a devoted/loving father to Dustin and Kaylie Waynick.

Bill worked for Campbell Redi-Mix for 16 years and was presently working for Colorado River Sand and Rock. He loved to drive commercial vehicles. Bill enjoyed spending time with family, coaching baseball/basketball/softball, playing Co-Ed softball, and being continuously involved with the church. Bill loved the Lord with all his heart and loved being His servant. He attended Calvary Baptist Church since 1992, where he served as a Deacon. His wife and kids were his prized possessions; he lived for his family.

Bill is survived by his wife, Kathy Waynick; son, Dustin Waynick, and daughter Kaylie Waynick; his mother, Nancy Rudolph; step-father, Edward Rudolph; sister, Kathy Lunetta, and was God-father to two amazing children, Tobin and Karter Watson. Bill also had extended family that meant the world to him, and he loved them all so very much. His fur-babies Mickey and Chloe will miss him greatly.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Waynick; grandmother, Nancy Keating; and mother-in-law, Elizabeth Mallory.

Bill will be remembered for his big hugs and smile that he always wore. He was at every sporting event that his kids had, and will be remembered for his loud support you could hear from the stands (loud is an understatement). If his children weren't playing, he was there to support kids from the city. Bill had a heart of gold. His desire to help everyone was so strong that he often went to the hospital to be with families of people that he didn't even know.

Memorial services will be Sunday March 11th, 1:00 PM at Calvary Baptist, 1605 S. McCulloch, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406

Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Thoughts and condolences can be sent to Bill's family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
