Phyllis Ann French, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018. Phyllis was born May 25, 1938 to her parents, Phillip Rudolph and Edythe Besler. She was 79 years of age.
She retired from Property Management.
She is survived by daughter, Rene Jeannette Kennicutt, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
