Obituary of Richard Irving Muselman

Richard "Rich" Muselman, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on January, 15, 2018. He was born on May 31, 1926 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was 91 years of age.

Rich moved his family to Lake Havasu City in 1975 with a vision of a great place to raise his family, be active in the growth of a new community, and enjoy the lake and its natural beauty that surrounds it. He built the "Tree Factory Nursery" and landscaping business. He worked enthusiastically supporting the city council and its leaders. He became a council member, Vice Mayor, led the industrial commission, and became President of the Chamber of Commerce. His vision was to encourage growing companies to relocate to Lake Havasu to provide jobs for its residents, be environmentally friendly to our lake and skies, and support the community. As a true entrepreneur, upon retirement, he became a Realtor and managed multiple HOA's.

He loved the lake and spent his free time with his growing family on it whenever time allowed. He never missed a chance to watch the Diamondbacks on TV. He was a true patriot with service during WWII in the US Army.

Rich is survived by his wife, Judy Muselman; sons, Richard H. (Alex) Stark, Roy O. (Melinda) Stark, and Richard E. Muselman; daughters, Penny (Wayne) Malone, Pamela (Chris) Orlowski, and Janet Dominik; sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

A memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 2170 Havasupai Blvd., Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Hospice of Havasu would be appreciated.
