Family of Owen Brown,
There are few experiences more difficult than the loss of a loved one. I find comfort in knowing death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed.
God’s word is clear, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”. (Isaiah 25:8). It is comforting to know that the grief and sorrow we experience is temporary. (Revelation 21:4). Because of Jehovah God’s purpose and great love for mankind, the restoration of life is guaranteed!
Jesus not only spoke of the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), he himself was resurrected by his Father and performed many miracles including resurrections. All such miraculous events took place on earth giving us a precious glimpse of what is to come.......seeing our loved ones again! (Acts 24:15)
May Jehovah God continue to bless your family in the days ahead......
