Eva Jean Ulmer, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Eva was born May 15, 1929 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to her parents, Arch and Mabel Carpenter. She was 88 years of age.
She is survived by her daughter; Robin Crabill, of Rancho Cucamonga, California ; daughter-In-Law, Doris Lorraine Ulmer, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
