To the family. You have my prayers, and hope that God will touch your hearts and help you all through this with the comfort in knowing that he didn't have to suffer. To my life long friend and my brother at heart. I am sorry that we didn't get to see each other that one last time. You were always a light in my life that will never go out, Never was there a dark moment that we couldn't turn around and put a smile on. Even when we knew our dads were going to kill us, or maybe even worse. The time we spent in Germany was great. And the time we spent in Fort Knox KY was a time that I will always remember. Even when your dad sent me home after I put that big green Plymouth in the ditch. And never a loud word passed his lips. My Friend, you were closer to me then my own brother ( which I love very much ). The loss of yet another EAGLE. May your journey be swift, and smooth, ( well maybe a bump or two ). Nothing ever was real smooth with us. I don't think we ever took the smooth road. May you fly high and have a good laugh at some of the dumb stuff that I still do. I know in my heart that you will never loose that smile that you always had, no matter what. I have never met a truer friend, or a happier heart, and soul then yours. My Brother My Friend you will be missed. Save me a good spot. Rest Easy till I get there. We will meet again.
