Obituary of James R Johnson
James R. Johnson (Skip), of Lake Havasu City, Az. passed away on June 21, 2017, at the age of 75, at his home on hospice care. Skip was born in San Bernardino, California on October 1, 1941.
Skip was a retired lineman with different power companies throughout the years, including Edison, City of Colton and Nevada Power. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hooking a large bass every chance he could.
Skip was preceded in death by his parents, James B. and Evelyn L. Johnson (Catren), and his brother Jack Johnson.
He is survived by his four daughters, Debra Hickey (Dennis) and Kathleen Casey (Dennis, deceased), both of Carlsbad, California, Tina Perez, and Toni Mullen, both of Highland, California. He is also survived by 7 grandsons and his cousin, Frank Catren of Highland, California.
