Obituary of Barbara Ann Foley

Barbara Ann Foley, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2017, and will rejoin her husband Paul Morgan. She was born in Hollis, Maine on March 20, 1936 to her parents, Edith and Russell Hanson. Barbara married Paul Morgan on August 2, 1958. As her husband was a career military man, they moved when and wherever orders were posted. They enjoyed living in Maine, Paris France, San Francisco, and the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles. They had two children, Kelly Ann and Thomas Joseph. She enjoyed meeting new people socially. Everyone who met her was captivated immediately with her big smile and easy charm. Her caring spirit warmed everyone in her circle. She was always the life of the party and a hostess extraordinaire. She made friendships for life, through camping, crafting, and military families. Barbara served twelve years as a volunteer at Hospice of Havasu Thrift Store, making best friends with employees and customers alike. She leaves behind her daughter, Kelly Ann Jarvis and her son, Thomas Joseph Foley, both families reside in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She adored each of her grandchildren, making each feel special. Granddaughters include, Jennifer, Amber, Hayley, and Diana; grandsons, Casey Lee and Tyler. Barbara's life was also blessed to include great0granddaughter Eleanor and great-grandson Hudson. She is also survived by her brother, Roger Hanson, and his children, Andrew, David, and Karen, of Maine. A Celebration of Life is planned for June 24, 2017 at the home of Kelly Jarvis at 2:00pm.
