Obituary of Sandra Marie Montgomery

Sandra Montgomery, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on June 3, 2017. She was born on April 15, 1964 in Oak Lawn, Illinois to her parents, Nicholas and Patricia Cherco. She was 53 years of age. Sandra served in the United States Army for a short time and was a wonderful volunteer at the VFW Post #9401. She embraced this role and loved all of the patrons who all said "she was the life of the party." She had a beautiful, warm, and giving soul, who has been taken from us too soon. She adored and loved her family, especially her mother, Patricia. Sandra Montgomery was a beloved daughter of the late Nicholas D. Cherco and Patricia Ann Cherco, loving sister of Nicholas Cherco, Michael Cherco, and Tony (Shirley) Cherco, and loved aunt by her many nieces and nephews. Sandra was truly a wonderful and loving mother to her late daughter, Ashley Cherco. Sandra loved and missed her with all her heart. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the VFW Post #9401, 266 London Bridge Road, Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
