Cecil William Ternus, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on March 31, 2017. Cecil was born January 15, 1938 in California to his parents, Herman and Louise Ternus. He was 79 years of age.
He is survived by two daughters, Shannon Corbin and Deanna Corbin; sons, Ralph Corbin and Roger Corbin; niece, Evelyn Terese Clark, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
