Obituary of Dolores Marie Sandoval

Dolores "Lolie" Marie Sandoval, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona passed away on March 26, 2017. She was born on March 18, 1932 in Wilmington, California to her parents Joseph and Severania Yanez. She was 85 years of age. Dolores attended Banning High School in Wilmington, California. Two years after graduation, she married the love of her life, Ruben Sandoval, on June 14, 1952 in Wilmington, California. Throughout their years of marriage, they had five children. Dolores loved to cook, travel, play cards and go camping. She was a member of the Elks, Eagles, and American Legion Lodge. Dolores is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Severiana Yanez; son, Anthony Sandoval; brothers, Manuel and Joseph; sisters, Tillie, Margaret, Alice, Lucy, and Mary. She is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Ruben Sandoval; children, Ruben Sandoval Jr., Rebecca, Jaylin, and Annette; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00PM on Saturday, April 15, 2017. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
