Cecil Floyd York of Lake Havasu City, passed away on March 22, 2017. Cecil was born May 22, 1934 in New Boston, Ohio to his parents Jess and Ellen York. He was 82 years of age. He served in the Navy from 01/09/1952 to 05/17/1955. He is survived by his wife, Ann York; son, David Joseph York, of San Diego, California. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
