Cecilia Charlotta Webb of Lake Havasu City, passed away on March 13, 2017. Cecilia was born August 12, 1943 in Los Angeles, California to her parents, Jerry and Ruth Sepulveda. She was 73 years of age.
She is survived by two daughters, Victoria Ann Satterwhite, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and Cecilia Marie Webb; sons, Robert Mark Cazzell, of Torrence, California and Michael Jonathan Cazzell; sisters, Jane Sepulveda, Sam, and Wendy Sepulveda.
Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
