Virginia Lee Marshall, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on March 15, 2017. She was born to James and Olive Morton on January 27, 1923 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was 94 years of age.
She married her true love, Frank Marshall, in Pasadena, California on August 18, 1940. After moving from Colorado, she became a Real Estate Broker and she and Frank together owned Marshall Realty in Victorville, California and was currently a Real Estate Investor. She was a prior member of the Eastern Star, Royal Matron of Amaranth and was currently an Auxiliary Member of Fraternal Order of Eagles #4299 for over twenty years.
Virginia had many interests and hobbies that she enjoyed. She loved painting, crafting, RV traveling, and playing the organ. She was a beautiful painter and was very talented. She loved going on campouts with the Eagles Roamers RV Club. As a young girl, Virginia had danced in Indian ceremonial dances with her father and sister. She was known as "Little Fawn", her dad was known as "Chief Pahawk", and her sister was known as "White Feather." They always made a great team.
Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Marshall; parents, James and Olive Morton; sister, Leatrice (Lee) Nunn.
She is survived by her daughters, Diane Hoggins, and Patricia Ann "Patti" Rust; eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; twenty great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 1:00pm on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home Chapel, 21 Riviera Blvd., Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
