James Clyde Livingston, 79, passed away on January 8, 2016 in Mira Loma, California. He was born to Phillip and Nellie Livingston on November 11, 1936 in Phillipston, Massachusetts.
James started driving trucks in 1961 and retired in 1991. He enjoyed, boating, relaxing at Havasu Springs in Parker, Arizona. He loved Nascar and Drag Racing. He served in the Army National Guard of California from January 1954 to January 1957 with the Company B, 40th Armored Ordnance Battalion in Ontario, California.
James is survived by his sons, James R. Livingston of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, David Livingston of Highland, CA; daughters, Pamela Cross of Riverside, CA, Catherine Gregor of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sister, Barbara Bybee of Sun City, CA; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Nellie Livingston; wife, Janis Livingston; 2 brothers, 5 sisters and his beloved dog, Muggsy.
A memorial service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on Saturday, February 6th at 11 AM at 21 Riviera Blvd., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
James requested that memorial donations be made to the Western Arizona Humane Society.
