Donald Lynn Lowe, of Lake Havasu City, passed away March 4, 2017. Donald was born February 13, 1957 in San Antonio, Texas to parents Glynn and Florine Lowe. He was 60 years of age.
He is survived by his mother, Florine Lowe; sisters,Kathy Fortain, of Eagle River, Alaska and Gwen Watkins; brothers: Darryl Lowe and Michael Lowe.
Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
