Frank passed away peacefully at the Polidori House in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, his wife Loretta with him. He was born in Eugene, Oregon, on August 21, 1934. He leaves behind his wife of 60 years Loretta; daughter, Jaye (Mike) Bellomy; grandson, Trey (Travis) Cook; granddaughter, Shea (Jeremi) Ehresman; great-granddaughters, Neveah and Sierra Ehresman, and many other relatives in Oregon, especially his sisters, Eleanor, Ruthie, and Gloria. Those who preceded him in eternal life include his son, Jimmy (Whitey) White; brothers, Loren, Robert, Ellis; sister, Eileen. Frank faithfully served his country in the United States Navy from 1952 to 1955 on the U.S.S. Kearsarge, where he received the Korean Service Medal, China Service Medal and United Nations Service Medal. Frank and Loretta owned H & B Refrigeration in Barstow, California for twenty years before retiring and moving to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Frank and his family give their heartfelt thanks to all the nurses at Lake Hills Convalescent Hospital and Polidori Hospice House. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donation be made in Franks name to the Polidori House at 1970 Bahama Avenue, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86403. His family will attend a graveside service in Barstow, California on February 28, 2017. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
