Carol Ann Phoenix, of Lake Havasu City, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017. She was 80 years of age. Carol was born June 30, 1936 in Youngstown, Ohio to Donald and Winifred Lenhart.
She is survived by two sons: Donald Phoenix and Scott Phoenix; Daughter-in-law, Glenda Ann Phoenix, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
