Patricia Jean Waybright Generous, caring, lover of laughter and humor, passed away on January 6, 2017 at the age of 84. Pat grew up in Bakersfield, CA before moving to the South Bay of Southern California, where she graduated from Redondo Union High School in 1948. She married her beloved Bob on May 6, 1950. They raised their family of 4 in Manhattan Beach before moving to Lake Havasu, AZ in 1971. Pat was an avid reader and artist and she spent many years tutoring adults. She loved spending time and playing games and cards with her family and friends, especially with the 4th of July crowd for the last 46 years. Pat lived a full life and will be dearly missed by her large family and her many dear friends whom she considered family. She loved to laugh and credits her sense of humor to surviving the turmoil of life. Pat is preceded in death by her brother Marvin Ferguson, her sister Barbara Ferguson, and her daughter Shell Waybright. She is survived by her husband Bob, her sons Doug (Jo Ann), Bruce, Matt, her grandchildren Josh, Jessica (Mike), Melissa, Megan(Curt), Emily, Douglas (Samantha), Hattie, Ivan, Joe, Connor, Jacob, and Caleb, and her great grandchildren Michele, Curtis, Nathan, Mikey, and Douglas. Her memorial services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home Chapel, 21 Riviera Blvd., Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where we will celebrate the wonderful life of our beloved Grandma Pat. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Thoughts and condolences can be made to the Waybright family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
