Russ, Mary and the rest of Steve's siblings: I just today found out that Steve had passed away. We were looking for him as we begin to plan for our Serra class's 50th reunion next summer. I am incredibly sad right now. But I have all of our fun Church St/Maple St memories........and, of course, Steve and I went all through school together (he left before our senior year but we always considered him one of us). Anyway, tons of great memories including Bert & Alice!!! Love to all of you!!!

No one can prepare you for a loss; it comes like a swift wind. However, take comfort in knowing that he is now resting in the arms of our Lord. Our deepest condolences to you and your family. I and my wife were honored to know Steve, he gave us the trust to give him the care he needed and I will always remember him as he used to tell me " Osman, you do what's best for me, If it's a car I'll tell you what's the best but now you're my nurse and I trust you.'' Even though he was ill he still smiled and made us smile. may his soul rest in heaven. Amen. Osman's Family.

I miss Steve so much. We shared May 16th as a birthday and we never failed to find a way to share it together even if we couldn't be physically together, Skype was always there to connect us. I miss Steve so much.
