Kenneth Stafford, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. Kenneth was born March 14, 1922 in Ryan, Oklahoma to his parents, William and Dicic. He was 94 years of age.
Kenneth had achieved his PhD and was a Professor in the field of Education.
He is survived by his friend, Charlene Saphiloff, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
