Obituary of Donna Jean Stewart

DONNA JEAN STEWART Donna Jean Stewart, born March 29, 1939 in Borger, Texas to Guy L. and Lorene (Aylor) Flower, passed away May 10, 2014 Donna worked at Northrup Aviation, McDonnell Douglas, she was on the Planning Commission of Buena Park, California and worked at Lake Havasu High School. Donna went to Compton, California and marched with Mothers Against Violence. She played the piano, the guitar and the mandolin. She loved all types of music especially Gospel. She was loved by her family and friends. She was warm, quick-witted and generous. She leaves behind a loving husband Al Stewart, former Manager of the Elks Lodge for 16 years, daughter Cheri Thompson, son in law Jeff Thompson and their children Dillon, Cassandra and Brian Thompson. She is preceded in death by her son Daniel Uetz, who left behind a widow Amy and sons David and Daniel and his wife Jackie Uetz. She also left behind a sister Charlene Sparks, nephew Mike Rankin and niece Casey Woodbury. She left behind beloved step-children Sam Stewart and wife Robin, LeAnn, Rick, Linda, Leslie and Darryl Orr. Extended family: Diane Morgan, Coleen and Mike Savage and their daughter Jordan. Also Jeanette Moe in Rexburg, Idaho. Margaret and David her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Kathy and Monica. Donna will be missed. Viewing will be held on Friday May 16, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Saturday May 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM, with Chaplain Sandra Johnson officiating.
