Vicki Lynn Golightly, age 64, of Lake Havasu City, passed away Monday, November 14, 2016 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Vicki was born February 12, 1952 in Seattle, WA. She is the daughter of the late John Chihill and Nancy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nancy.
She is survived by her husband: Greg Alan Smith and sister, Trudy.
Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
