Obituary of Douglas Ross Buhler

Douglas Ross Buhler of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and a longtime resident of Lodi, California, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, November 7, 2016 at the age of 68. He was born on Feb. 3, 1948 to Aaron & Dorothy Buhler. Ross was raised in Lodi and graduated from Lodi Union High School in 1966. Following High School, he attended Delta College. Shortly after, he joined the Marines. Ross proudly served his Country and is a Vietnam War Veteran. Ross's passion was restoring classic cars and he belonged to the Havasu Classics Car Club in Lake Havasu Arizona. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron and Dorothy Buhler. Ross is survived by his son, Clint Buhler; daughter, Laura (David) Hamilton; brother, Dwight Buhler; sister, Donna (Roger) Schimke; grandchildren, Megan, Kyle, Nolan, Emma, Aubrie, and Jordan; Nieces, Denise, Heather, and Rhoda; His beloved Fiancé Judi Dockter Archuleta and his Dear friends Lil and Bill Meehan. Ross had many special friends and will always be remembered for his keen wit and sense of humor. He will be missed by all who knew him.
