Isabell Clarke Spohn, age 89, of Lake Havasu City, passed away November 4, 2016 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Isabell was born July 18, 1927. She is the daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Merrdock) Millar. She is survived by one son: Larry L Spohn of Lake Havasu City, AZ Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory. .
