Eric C. Anderson, March 9, 1989-October 1, 2016 Eric was born in Los Angeles, California, and moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona in 2007. Everyone who met Eric never met a stranger. He was a friend to everyone and everyone called him their friend. He was always there to help when needed. Eric loved spending time with his family and friends and was a great cook especially when it came to making Thanksgiving mashed potatoes. Eric was a military veteran who served in the National Guard as well the United States Army, serving his tour of duty in Iraq. After serving his tour of duty, he was honorably discharged due to medical issues and returned home to Lake Havasu City. Eric loved motorcycles and loved the Kansas City Chief's football team and having a great collection of their memorabilia. When he returned home, he worked as a manager at the La Vita Dolce Restaurant, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where he leaves behind many co-workers and friends. In lieu of flowers, please make any donations to the VFW Post 9401, 266 London Bridge Road, Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
