Obituary of David Allan Morse

David Allan Morse passed away surrounded by his family on September 21, 2016 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 72. He was born to Lester and Esther (Boilard) Morse on April 20, 1944 in Lowell, MA. David was proud to have served his country in the United States Navy. He was educated in Pelham, NH and Lowell, MA. Previously Married to Doreen Dunkerley (OConnell) of that marriage they had three children; Deborah, Douglas, and Diane. Dave always worked in the service industry, mostly in plumbing and heating, and even had his own business; Dave Morse Plumbing and Heating in Hudson, NH. He retired to Lake Havasu in 2006 worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart from 2008-2015. NASCAR was a passion of his and he was an avid fan. If his television was on you could count on it showing a motorsport of some kind; if it had an engine and a left turn he was interested. He belonged to the Red Rock 4 Wheeler's Club in Moab, UT, and The Del Taco Coffee Club here in Lake Havasu City. Dave is preceded in death by his parents; Lester and Esther Morse, two children; Douglas and Diane Morse, a niece Melissa Morse & brother in law Richard Wolf. He is survived by his daughter; Deborah Desmarais-Lacey her companion, Carey Liera; 3 Granddaughters Heather Desmarais, Sarah Lavely, and Suezann Desmarais, 6 great-grandchildren, his brothers; John his wife Jackie Morse and Donald his wife Linda Morse, his sister Dorothy Wolf, and an aunt Virginia Edwards, Leona (Nana) Dunkerley, several nieces, nephews, cousins and Vespa. Memorial service to be held in NH at a later date Family requests donations be made in David's name to your local VA. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
