Obituary of Janet Connor

Janet G. Connor, 67, of Lake Havasu City, AZ passed away suddenly on September 9, 2016. Born on August 8, 1949 in Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Grace (Gallaher) Connor. Janet was an active member of the Western Welcome Club of Lake Havasu City and was a dedicated volunteer at the Lake Havasu Visitors Center. She took great pleasure in her retirement in Lake Havasu and enjoyed the beach, crossword puzzles, cooking and playing bunco. Most of all she loved her family and friends and relished the time spent with them. Janet is survived by her partner, Dave Harris; son, John Harris of Reno, NV; sister, Eileen Winer and her husband of Rising Sun, MD; brother, Larry Connor and his wife Karen of St. Louis, MO; and her beloved cat, Toby. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Keepers of the Wild, 13441 E.
