Richard Lee Woelk 69 passed away August 6, 2016 at home in Lake Havasu City Arizona. He was a lifelong resident of Salem, Oregon until he retired to Arizona in 2000. Richard was Principal Engineer of Associated Transportation Engineering and Planning from 1981 until his retirement. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Pam. He became Papa to Pam’s children, Michael Jake who passed away in 2012, Ron Jake and Courtney Jackson. He dearly loved them and proudly called them his own. He cherished their families and the grandchildren and great grandchildren they brought into his life were his special joy. This was his family and he loved them all so. Kindhearted and good, his friends were precious to him. Richard loved life and lived it with gusto. We will miss his smile and good humor and his kind and giving ways. Be At Peace Now Richard In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in Richard’s honor to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or a charity of your choice Private family services to be held in the future.
