Obituary of EDWARD MEAGHER

Edward A. Meagher, III , 69, passed away on August 8, 2016 at his home after a year long battle with Prostate and Bladder Cancer. Edward A. Meagher III was born to Marie Shebel Meagher and Edward A. Meagher Jr. of New Brunswick, NJ. Meagher was a resident of Lake Havasu City, AZ with his wife Linda Jenners Meagher. The Meaghers have been married for 45 years and are originally from East Brunswick, NJ where they were High School sweethearts. Ed graduated from St. Peter's University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Ed is survived by his daughters; Allison Meagher Paoli and Patricia Meagher Mangus both of Lake Havasu City, AZ and four amazing grandchildren: Kaleigh(11), Connor (10), Taylor (9) and Cassidy (6). Meagher is also survived by his brother Richard Meagher and cousin Kathryn DePaul also of Lake Havasu City, AZ. Meagher had a 25 year corporate career in Human Resources both with ITT WorldCom and PepsiCo International. Ed followed his life long ambition to operate his own business. In 1994, Meagher relocated his family to Steamboat Springs, CO where he founded the Woodstone Consulting Company. He pioneered a very successful 16 year career in Executive Coaching. Clients from all over the world have benefitted by Ed's programs designed to maximize individual and team performance. Ed also served as Performance Coach for the US Nordic Combined Ski Team in 2002 Olympics in Park City, Utah. Meagher enjoyed boating and sports cars, and anything to do with spending time with his wife and family. Memorial Service is set for Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 10:00am at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
