Alfred White, born on September 4, 1925 to Clarence White and Madeline (Morse) White, died, at the age of 90, on June 16, 2016 in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Alfred, also known as Al, met and married his beloved wife, Grace (Gilbert) White in Lowell, Massachusetts, where he was born. They spent a memorable 57 years together.
He worked at Wannalancit Mills in Lowell, MA and retired from Honeywell in Lawrence, MA after 19 years. He lived 25 years in Dracut, MA before retiring to Lake Havasu City, AZ in 1990. He once owned The Jack Kerouac birthplace in Lowell.
Alfred was a collector of many things and an avid reader. He loved to garden and work in his yard. He also spent much of his time on the computer. His passion was playing the organ, which began when he was a boy.
Alfred was preceded in death by his parents; Clarence White and Madeline Berwick, wife; Grace (Gilbert) White, sons; Ronald White, Richard White, daughter; Dianne Pearson and sister; Phyllis Eno. He is survived by his daughters; Cheryl and husband Daniel Salem, of Dracut, Massachusetts and Sandra Schmidt, of Dolan Springs, Arizona as well as 17 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and his beloved pets Taz and Rocky.
