Obituary of Ierenimo Patrick Toilolo
Please share a memory of Ierenimo to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Beloved brother, son and friend to so many.
Life has changed, not ended, for Ierenimo Patrick Toilolo (18) on April 12, 2016 during the three o’clock hour of mercy. Under the loving care of the PICU team at Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada, Nimo completed his ten month journey battling HLH – a rare, life threatening immunodeficiency.
Nimo was born on October 1, 1997 to Patrick and Kalala Toilolo in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Nimo was the third of five children: Aloisia Toilolo (21), Iosefo Toilolo (20), Iosua Toilolo (13) and Malia Toilolo (10). An outgoing, fun-loving teen, Nimo’s senior class at Lake Havasu High School will graduate without him. Missed by many in the student body including the choir, track and football team, Nimo’s tenor has sustained the chord. His infectious smile will also be remembered by his church family, where days and hours were spent in the service and worship of God through dance, music and joyous banter. Ierenimo Patrick Toilolo has fought the good fight, has finished the race, has kept the faith and is free!
Viewing begins at 5:00 p.m., followed by a prayer service that includes the recitation of the rosary at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 1975 Daytona Ave., Lake Havasu City, AZ on Thursday, April 21, 2016. A memorial gathering will take place in the Parish Hall.
The funeral Mass will be on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. A celebration of life at the Aquatic Center will immediately follow.
Donations may be made to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, in Nimo’s name.
Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Thoughts and condolences may be sent to Nimo’s family at www.lietzfrazefuneralhome.com.
