I am heartbroken. I was going to call my dear friend and wish him a happy birthday today. I'm so sorry to find that he has passed. I cherish all the laughs, stories, drawings, scripts, fishing and working days with Truman. He was one of a kind and will forever remain beloved and missed by all. God Bless.

To the family and friends of Truman DeRush, I would like to express my deepest and heartfelt condolences to you. I am truly sorry for the lost that his family is feeling. I did not get to know Mr. DeRush personally, but it seems like he was such a caring and loving person. Someone who's family and friends will miss him deeply. And because of that my thoughts and prayers are with your family. During this extremely difficult time, please turn to Jehovah God for much needed comfort. He will provide your family with the strength needed in order to help the family to endure this great loss. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) Something else that can bring your family comfort is cherishing all the wonderful memories that you have of Mr. Truman. These precious memories will console the family in the day's ahead.
