Obituary of Trevor D. Wozniak

Trevor D. Wozniak (1966 - 2014) lost his battle with cancer on August 11, 2014. He was at home surrounded by his family and faithful feline friend, "Ozzy." Trevor lived life to the fullest and was always smiling. He was a member of BPOE 2399. Trevor was employed by Interstate Battery. Trevor is survived by his loving wife, Stacey; mother, Anna Mae; brothers, Luke and Harry Wozniak; sisters, Mary Young and Elizabeth (Tillie) Jusick; mother-in law, Saundra Simonds; brother-in-law, William Simonds and many nieces and nephews. Trevor was preceded in death by his father, Luke Wozniak and his sister-in-law, Jill Paulus. The family would like to thank Hospice of Havasu for their extraordinary care and support. A special acknowledgement is extended to Trevor's niece, Jackee for sacrificing time with her family in order to provide care for her Uncle Trevor. A memorial service will be held for Trevor on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home at 2:00PM. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
