Maxine Cook, passed away October 8, 2014 at the age of 70. She was born on July 25, 1944 in Biscoe, Arkansas, to the late Hugh Swink and Molly "Ruth" Swink (Williams). Nancy moved to Lake Havasu City 12 Years ago, from Hazen, Arkansas. Maxine is survived by sisters, Barbara Casper of Tulare, California and Phyllis Martinez of Thermal, California. Maxine is preceded in death by brothers, "Bud" Swink, Harvey Swink, and Bill Swink, as well as two sisters, "Sally" Breeden, and Wilma Craig. The family would like to thank all of the staff of Hospice of Havasu and Prestige Claremont Assisted living, for all of the loving care Maxine Received. Memorial services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on Thursday , October 16, 2014, with a visitation from 12:00pm- 4:00pm and funeral service at 4:00pm.
