William Duane Richards August 2, 1948- October 8, 2014 William Duane Richards passed away on October 8, 2014 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born in Wyandotte, Michigan, to the late Donald and Pearl Richards. William, known to his family and friends as Bill, was a Vietnam veteran in the United States Navy. He was also a proud, lifetime member, of the VFW Post #9401, Lake Havasu City. Bill was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4299, Lake Havasu City. Bill is survived by his loving spouse, Jim Richards (Cole); brothers, Leroy Allen Richards, of China King, MI, Harvey (Judy) Richards, of Las Vegas, NV, Marvin "Dale" (Barbara) Richards, of Las Vegas, NV, Armand (Cook) De Luca, and Edward (Liz) De Luca; sisters, Alva Jean Carter, of Taylor, MI, Joyce (John) O'Niell, of Addison, IL, Rose Mary (Greg) Grady, of Waterford, MI, and Sharon (Dallas) Landrem of Las Cruses, NM. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins, all from all out of state. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the local charities, Hospice of Havasu, or Western Arizona Human Society, in Bill's honor. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
